RecoverMax Pro - Plant-Based Proteolytic Enzymes

I gave this 5 stars for pain relief although it's hard to tell how much because I'm less than 5 weeks from a Total Knee Replacement. (But, all other sore-joint aches and pains have subsided.) My biggest challenge post-surgery is getting the swell down from this knee that's had a lifetime of sports injuries and surgeries. Doc is hammering me on Range Of Motion and I've been taking this proteolytic for a week now to help with physical therapy — the more the swell goes down, the more I can bend the joint. I'm taking the RECOVERY DOSAGE of 4 caps a day and I do believe in the week i've been taking it the tight swelling in the tissues around the knee joint is subsiding. I will definitely finish this bottle (120 caps is a generous amount these days) and then see where I'm at.For post-surgical recovery, I don't think the value of proteolytic enzymes can be overstated. Heal n Soothe is also a product that immediately reduced pain and swelling for a bad back in the past. I will probably switch back and forth between these two formulas.

I found this supplement through a trainer who uses them and I bought them because I work out pretty intensely 6 days a week. I alternate workouts between lifting and cardio but I am almost always sore. It's been frustrating because I eat well and I stretch and roll and use the massage gun, but I assumed I must just be getting old (I'm 37). I have also had a couple of injuries I've been nursing so I started by taking the max amount of this supplement at 4 pills a day and combined it with the Active Tissue supplements from the same company and am taking 4 of those as well. I often have sore joints but with sore muscles from long runs and hard lifting I felt like I should try both. I'm not sure if one is working better than the other because I've been taking both of them at the same time, but I plan to continue taking both because I finally feel so much better! I've taken them for almost a month and have rarely been sore. I am thrilled to find something that finally helps!!!

I have been trying the last few years to take care of things as naturally as possible. Over 60 now and taking no prescribed medications. Have been having some tendonitis issues and was hoping this would help. I am on my second bottle now and I can't say I really see any difference.

I was surprised how effective this was in helping with my back issues. It alleviated a good amount of pain for me, presumably by lowering the inflammation I had in my lower back. I've tried stretching, massage therapy, acupuncture, tumeric supplements, and icing - but none were effective as this. Been using it for 2 months now without any side effects - I'll continue to use it. Great product!

I was so excited to have the relief from arthritis/joint pain touted by this product manufacturer. After six weeks I realized it does not give any relief from arthritis especially during rainy/cold season, when RELIEF FROM ARTHRITIS (inflamation/swelling) is prevalent .So I decided to return the $40 product. TO my surprise the thirty days had expired, and I am stuck. SOOOOO , the main reason I am posting this is to suggest you NOT wait more than three weeks to determine whether the product is giving you the relief promised. .

Several months ago, I was diagnosed with primary progressive multiple sclerosis (35 yrs old). At that time I was experiencing burning sensations in my mouth, arms, legs, hands/feet every day. I started the enzymes and,for the most part, the symptoms are gone. About a week, or so ago, I ran out and couldn't replace immediately. I went a week without them and the same symptoms came back for the entire week, along with confusion and pain. No doubt, these work!

I was hoping for some relief from pain and swelling due to arthritis. I have used Bromelain before and it was an ingredient in this and after reading the material I thought for the money this must be awesome. WRONG! It didn't really do much for me but make my wallet 45 bucks lighter!
