Works great and is much quieter than the oem one
Got it installed in just a few minutes. Very easy installation. Very quiet makes very little noise. If you want you’re stove quite I would recommend buying 2 new motors. Fit was perfect! Only issue was that it got beat up in shipping and they had to repackage it. In shipping one of the wires somehow got cut but it was easy to splice a new connector on it ( which was included) because it’s quality wire! Overall is a good choice and is much cheaper than other brands

Work well enough, but...
NOISY! I bought two, and one of them is the noisiest auger motor I've ever heard! I'd have sent it back if I hadn't needed the stove back into immediate service. I'm wondering if someone forgot to put lube into the reduction gearbox? Makes a very disagreeable high-pitched whining sound (which, in all fairness, *does* abate to a degree after the stove is warmed up). Already concerned about premature failure of that one, though. The other one is just fine.I *did* have to modify the output shafts to get them to fit my stove (Englander 25-PDVC). There's a lockscrew in a collar at the rear of the stove that connects these auger motors to the actual auger shafts; with the motor seated fully in that collar, the lock screw hits the shaft right where the flat ramps back up into a round shaft, and every time I'd try to tighten the lockscrew, it would force the motor out away from the stove (out of the collar), and I couldn't get the rear cover back on without bending it. Took a dremel to the shaft and extended the flat about 3/16" and that took care of the problem. And no, it was noisy *before* I had to do that! I can't in good conscience place any blame on the auger motor for the fit issue; pellet stoves, while they all operate on the same principles more or less, tend to vary quite a bit in the details between manufacturers, and even between models of the same manufacture.Otherwise, they perform just fine. Only time will tell how long they hold up (especially that noisy one). When I first put them in, the noisy one was on the lower "always-on" auger. I switched them and put the noisy one on the upper 'intermittent on' auger, hoping to maximize the service life of the motor.

Worth its weight in gold
Suspected my auger motor for my stove just not working right, it would fail to fire, timing out before a fire built, or it would die out and pellets would build in the burn pot. I took the old motor apart and it seemed to be working but for the price I decided to take a chance and order this to see if my suspicions were right. They were and the stove is working perfect again, but this is a WAYYYY better built gearmotor than the Travis / Avalon unit I bought from them 3 years ago for 3x the price. I ordered a 2nd one for backup, Maybe in 6 to 10 years I might need it. WELL worth the money!

Works great
Arrived days earlier than expected. The only issue I had was I needed to switch the leads on the motor. It took about 6 minutes to install. My stove is alive again. Definitely recommend

The best bang for your buck
After 15 years of use, the bottom auger motor on our Englander pellet stove over heated and froze up. I called the company and found out that the motor and gear box was going to cost about $165 plus shipping. I then found the part I needed on Amazon for a quarter of that price. I received the new motor and gear box and installed it in about 15 minutes. I took the bottom auger out to make sure there was no build up. I then greased the two fittings. When I put the auger back in I made sure that I put the bolts in diagonally to make sure it was centered and turned freely. I buttoned up the back, put 5 pounds of pellets in and turned it on. It now has been running like new money for the past three days nonstop. Thank you for making this part available.

Exact fit, works perfectly
I have an Englander stove with both an upper and lower auger. The motor to the lower auger went bad, and this replacement was an exact duplicate of the factory part. I am a retired industrial maintenance electrician/electronics technician, and I was impressed with the quality of this part for the value.I would highly recommend this part if you need a replacement.

Motor gave out within 3 years
First Auger Motor ordered on October 2, 2021 and gave out a couple of weeks ago. I ordered a replacement motor and I did not check to see if original motor was covered by warranty. The original motor that came with original Pellet Stove lasted 14 years. If replacement motor ordered recently on November 13, 2024 can be covered under warranty of first motor ordered October 2, 2021, please credit my Amazon Account.
