Recommended for strengthening grip
Husband had stroke losing use of left hand, physio recommended the digiflex to get strength back into his fi ngers, it's working very well and it's so easy to hold and use for individual finger strengthening.

Strengthening machine
I was told to purchase this by my physiotherapist. Within 3 weeks my hand strength increased from 9lb to 14lb. It's easy to use and comes with a set of exercises which are far more in depth than the physio gives you. A great item and you can purchase the next weight up once you're stronger.
