does not work well on brick
Product would not stop water penetration through brick and mortar chimney. water still absorbed through into attic. I ended up painting 3 coats of dry lok on exterior brick to stop water.

Made to be sprayed but seems to have sealed my project rocks very well
We will find out how good this works as time goes by! But I will say the blocks I sealed feel covered securely! I was expecting to be able to roll this but it is very watery and needs to be sprayed

Great, will use again
Super easy to use and completely fixed water penetration through the side of a chimney

Did not work at all.
Total waste of money. Gave a double coat on drive and pavers and it didn't bead water even in the first rain and had NO effect at all. !00% disappointment.

Works better than store shelf products
I have used Thompsons water seal and other products on my old brick chimney and this product worked very well. Used to leak when very hard rain and wind. This sealed it. Good price and good product.

Product is clumpy- has to be strained
Not sure if we got a bad batch or it's just "expired" product but we're having to strain to keep sprayer from clogging up. Will re-review after a period of time on how product actually works, but huge hassle.

Siloxane Rules
Forget silicone. Siloxane is so much better and lasts about 7 times longer. Love this stuff on my 1875 brick house.
