Is sturdily waterproof. So that’s acceptable. The front screen is very receptive to touch on dry land/air, but as soon as you get in the water does not respond at all. Was finally able to get a single “underwater” photo over many attempts across several days while holding the button above the water line do that it would actually detect touch. This single photo obviously did not turn out. I’d tested it in the tub and seemed to work ok but once you’re in actual cold water it does not.

This was a great purchase. I bought it to take my phone kayaking, but I tested it at the pool first. Only complaint is that my otterbox case is a little tight in it and it will overheat pretty easily. When I went kayaking, I took the rubber part off my otterbox and I dipped it in the water to keep it from getting overheated. It worked great!! It will also take underwater pictures.

Worked like a charm on Denali Alaska rapids this summer. Phone stayed dry and secure, even took photos through the plastic skin material. Be sure you first test this in a sink or bathtub, with the case empty but for a kleenex. Then submerge a few inches for awhile to be sure kleenex stays dry. This is to be sure you correctly align the top halves and have it clasp properly.

Took it out kayaking on a very hot day (88 degrees). It worked well. I could take video and pix thru the plastic, and could work the buttons easily. My phone overheated a few times and shut itself off, so I will be storing it in a cooler location in future.

Good for keeping the phone from getting wet. Useful and perfect for outdoor activities like swimming.

I love and hate this case. So I got it for hunting because I'm sick of missing calls. Since my phones on silent and usually inside pocket if it's raining or snowing. It's works awsome and it's big enough for my note 5 with a battery case. Now I can use silent and wear it around my neck outside of my jacket. So when it lights up ill kno one of the other guys are calling me. The part I hate is the think is white and it's huge. Like half the size of an iPad. I wish it was more phone specific but it's not bad enough to knock off stars.

This case does the job but the clasps they use are difficult to operate. Takes some dexterity.

Fogs up and the screen isn’t as sensitive to touch but not leaking is what matters most to me
