Leaves floors absolutely soaking. Flimsy plastic mop. Good steam but ruins wooden floors and leaves water marks as floor so wet.

Firstly before my review of the product I would just like to say how brilliant Amazon are, they’re simply the best and this review is absolutely no reflection on them. My review is all about the product so on a much less positive note I love all things to do with housework and cleaning and was very excited when I read how good this H20 X5 was and consequently went on to order one. When it arrived it had so many different bits and pieces to it I began wondering if this is going to be a hindrance or help. The structure of the steamer was very inadequate as it was made from very poor quality plastic. I got all of the bits out of the box and tried to assemble it and then realised this was not going to save time and effort at all it was going to be a complete nightmare every time I wanted to use it. I’d seen enough so I packaged it up without even switching it on and contacted Amazon for a returns label which they sent and refunded my payment as soon as I took it to the post office. Don’t buy this is my advice.

It cleans fine, the stem is too weak for the base. It just broke. The stem is too weak to support the base when mopping.

I wanted to like it but i cant.No matter what power or function i choose its constantly leaking and you can easily burn yourself .The handle gets super hot .Such a waist of money !!!Its no steamer just leaking water !

Opened the outer packaging and from all the additional tape and bulging on the inner box it was obvious the we were not the first to receive this item. Have returned it for replacement. I have had one of these before and it worked very well. Replacement is on its way Very disappointed.

This is my second one in a month. It does not stand up after I use,not like the one i had before that lasted years. I do think it's a cheep coppy of the original, the plastic facing is nat as durable.

I researched a lot before buying this cleaner. I also disappointed. It hasn’t made any difference to my rug at all. Just an awful lot of effort and time wasted. Definitely don’t recommend this product. Complete waste of money. It feels very flimsy and feels like the handle is going to snap. Total waste of money.

Spurts hot steam and water from machine attchment and it so dangerous!! Avoid

This was a very big disappointment. It switches on but does not heat up at all AND SO, NOT making any steam. Not at all like the demonstration on it. I’ll advise not to waste your money on this item

Did not get any of the additional accessories, just the mop, and usual attachments. No extra pads as advertised.

The steam mop has never turned on and the seller does not take responsibility for the technical fault without using it. Unforturnately, never recommend this kind of product as it's waste of money.

No steam came out and so I didn’t even get to use it. Don’t buy it… or take the risk.
