Exact fit for my 2013 BMW X3
Have had the BMW since new. I had replaced the cabin air filter under the hood several times. I did not realize that there were two other recirculating filters in the a/c system located behind the glove box. The original 11 year old recirc filters were pretty fouled. Now blower is much quieter and air flow improved.

OEM replacement for 2016 BMW X3
Changing these cabin air filters myself is significantly cheaper than paying (and trusting) a shop. The product is the same as the BMW part, with slightly different printing. Installation is not as slick as I'd like — you're bending and stuffing the two filters into a tight, awkward location — but takes five minutes; not a big deal.

Does not fit 2016 BMW X1 (too small)
Did not fit 2016 BMW X1 (filters shipped were too small compared to the OEM ones). Amazon website erroneously says that it fits.
