I did not pay close enough attention when I ordered this—this is a TINY mitre box for use with an exacto knife, for crafts. This is NOT for use with a regular sized wood or hack saw. If you are purchasing it for its intended purpose (crafts), it is well made and very handy! It is 1 5/8 inches wide by 5 1/8 inch long. It has grooves for cutting 45 and 90 degree angles. It does not have a groove for cutting 22.5 degree angles. I do recommend this well-made mitre box for very tiny work in hobbies and crafts. But you could do just as well (or better) with a regular $10 plastic mitre box (which also comes with a saw) that you can purchase at your local home improvement store with the initials HD. I write honest reviews to help others make informed purchases because I read reviews myself and appreciate how helpful they can be. I hope that my review helped you!
