Returned only because they were no longer needed. Plastic wrap was not secure (thin and very flimsy) but the product was not damaged.

Shipping packaging was poor.
The product and delivery were both fine but this came in a loose bag and the bingo papers had broken free from their minimal wrapping. I have ordered these many times and they always came in a box with no room for slippage and the packs arrived intact. A+ for price, and delivery, D- for packing for shipment.
