You need this comb. We first bought the ladibugs spray and kit and it worked beautifully. You need this comb instead of the one that is included in the ladibugs kit, because this works to comb out the nits and the ladibug kit comb does not even show that the nits are in your hair. But their spray & kit are a must.For a full lice attack get the ladibug hair spray, kit, and this bussani comb!

This Lice comb has been very useful it works better than the one that comes with the shampoo. Works well and its sturdy great quality plus it has a magnifying glass.

We went on a camping trip to a resort and four of us came back with lice. Not a nice ending to a fun trip, but I got online and was able to order this comb with next day shipping. It was a lifesaver, and it was nice to be able to get the lice out on one person, wash it, and move on to the next. It works great and we recommend it!

I purchased this product the same day I found out 2 of my daughter's friends had lice. It arrived quickly and I started checking her head twice daily. This comb makes that easy. The metal bristles are sturdy but don't tug hair painfully. They are spaced closely together so each hair strand can be inspected and the bristles' round shape allows hair to glide easily between them. Thankfully, my daughter never caught lice, but the built in magnifying glass would make it easy to identify if she had. This is better than the combs that come in the drugstore kits.

Overall, nicely made and sturdy but the problem is that the prongs are not close enough together to catch the knits. I would try a different brand.

Love it-- works great! I could even run it through my hair dry. My hair is 36" long. It really did a good job. Those shampoos that they make DO NOT kill the eggs. It's not painful like the one's that come in the box. I couldn't have whipped them without this. Fabulous!

I am beyond sad and disappointed with this product. I had been contemplating on purchasing this comb and finally thought “What the heck! It looks promising! I’ll just buy it!”. Not only does the comb NOT take out the most obvious nits and lice, but when it does so- the lice automatically fling off the comb! Literally come off the comb with any sudden movement, causing whatever lice/nits that you were able to actually remove to go anywhere! I am very precise when removing lice- I parted hair in thin sections (1 inch sections), and tried using the comb with both dry and wet hair, combed from top of scalp to bottom to end of hair length in all 4 directions and the comb barely managed to capture a few knits. I went and grabbed the plastic lice comb that I purchased for 1$, combed the exact same section I was working on ONCE, and got more nits out than the Bussani lice comb remover. Although I love the concept of this comb, it just did not live up to my expectations. I believe if the engraved double stitching were to be a tad bit thicker instead of so thin then this comb would do it’s justice.
