Amazing Flavor!
If you are wondering about trying a new sauce and want something besides the normal fermented pepper sauce, try this! I am currently on a strict diet to lose weight, but I have a strong addiction to spicy foods. I bought this to take a spoonful ever once and a while to take care of my hot sauce craving without adding much sodium to my diet, and it is much better than I expected. The base is somewhat similar to the normal fermented pepper base, but that added Cilantro, Garlic, and wine really REALLY compliment the base sauce flavor here. The strongest note is the garlic, but you can taste the Cilantro and the little bit of wine added, and it give the sauce a freshness that many other more ordinary hot sauces just do not have. As soon as I am able to have normal foods again, my very first 'cheat' meal will be making wings and using this as my wing sauce base, and I cannot wait.Give this a try and enjoy!

A staple condiment in our Pennsylvania household
I first sampled this sauce at a bayside seafood restaurant in Cape May, NJ. It was sitting on the table and I thought it was funny the bottle suggests to use it on Chicken, Beef, Eggs, and Dinosaurs! Ever since that first taste it has become a necessity in our home. The flavor is quite complex. It is not so much a "hot sauce" as it is a herb infused condiment that just so happens to be hot. The heat is not over powering, but packs just enough kick to drink some water, but not so much you need milk or a fire extinguisher. The garlic tones are amazing! I woukdnt think I would like garlic on my eggs, but I never eat eggs now without Hank Sauce. We were ordering from a tackle supply company with some expensive shipping, so I'm glad it's now available on Amazon. The price seems to fluctuate so we buy it when we see its price has lowered.Only caveat is that they do not offer larger size bottles!!! I'd order it by the gallon if I could!

It's good! Very garlicky
I really like this sauce, it's not very hot though. It does pair well with a number of foods, but the garlic is intense. I don't quite taste the cilantro, oddly enough but I do enjoy this with eggs, chicken, burritos and a number of other foods. It's a welcome addition to my collection of hot sauces, I just wish I could buy it locally instead of through amazon. The cost is pretty high for a bottle of hot sauce.

Thumbs down
To be honest I’m shocked people think these are good sauces . I have 3 different flavors trying to like them because of the reviews . They all taste the same except some are hotter than others . I have probably 60 or more different hot sauces . Just about all of my sauces are better than these . They are not much different then any hot sauce in the grocery store . Save your money and keep looking .

Nachos will never be the same!
I was shocked at how unique this flavor was. As a foodie, finding new flavors that bring complexity to food is exciting! With just the right amount of heat, that's exactly what this sauce did. Nachos will never be the same!

Favorite hot sauce ever
We tried this hot sauce at Fish Tales in ocean city and got addicted. My boyfriend can stand really hot spice and I cannot but this is a good compromise if I don’t use too much. The honey habanero flavor is incredible!!! Got this as a gift for my dad for Christmas. He likes hot sauce but not too hot and even he has really fallen in love with the honey habanero.

Love the garlic flavor in this hot sauce!!
To the production team. Keep up the good work I am now a lifetime subscriber to your hot sauce brand. I have 5 flavors now and I love them all. The original and camouflage flavors are my favorites. I love the level of garlic in them. To those that never try this let me tell you that its not a traditional hot sauce as it is a flavor sauce. Also I'm not that sensitive to spicy items but still this is on the mild side. Its nothing like Tabasco. This hot sauce doesn't make your food taste like the hot sauce but more like complements your food. Also thats very subjective on your palate. Either way I use it a lot lol. Specially in burgers, tacos, and as additive to marinating food. Keep doing the great work.

Basically Frank's
Never enjoyed Frank's red hot sauce. So right away I was disappointed when I opened the bottle. Despite that, I tried some on my breakfast burrito. Thought I would give it its fair shake. But no. Tastes like Frank's with a little extra stuff. I Regret buying. Guess i'm sticking to cholula hot sauce.
