Highly recommended Severe Snow service Rated Tires.
Bought these tires back in August of 2019. These are mounted my 2017 Honda Ridgeline. I've put approx 15K miles on them so far. They've performed very well thus far. I live in upstate NY on top of a big hill so we def get our share of snow, especially at our higher elevation. I've driven through some pretty severe snow storms too during some long road trips. These tires have performed very very well - waaay better compared to the standard OEM all seasons that came with the truck originally.Keep in mind that that these are "Severe Rated - All Seasons" Per TireRack:"Beginning in the 13th week of 2017, all Crugen HT51 tires manufactured are branded with the three-peak mountain snowflake (3PMSF) symbol, indicating they are severe snow service rated. Tires manufactured before this date may not bear the 3PMSF symbol, but all Crugen HT51 tires meet the standards required for severe snow service rating.""Note: While non-winter tires featuring the three-peak mountain snowflake (3PMSF) symbol provide additional longitudinal snow traction beyond what all-season (M+S) tires not bearing the symbol can deliver, they do not match the capability of a true winter tire in all adverse weather conditions."I was hoping that these would be a great bridge between All Seasons and Winter tires which would allow me to keep just 1 set of tires for my truck. So far, I'm extremely pleased with the performance - especially at the price of these tires.Highly recommended!

Great for what they are
My 2014 Explorer came with Michelin's which only lasted 30,000, tried a different set of Michelin's for the next set and got 36,000. At around $1,000 per set of 4 + install I had enough, so I tried these Kumho HT51's and have 29,000 on them and have about half tread life left (around 8/32nds). Ride comfort, noise and handling is not as good as the Michelin's, but the Kumho's have performed better in the snow. Over all, you can't go wrong with these tires considering the savings!

Excellent all around tire for a larger vehicle at a good price!
Don't know what the first reviewer is talking about regarding these tires, encourage any potential buyers to ignore it. Go look at the rating on Tire Rack if you want a real evaluation. I had no problem pounding around in the snow this past winter (in an AWD CX-9) and felt pretty confident with these tires (installed two on the front of our vehicle, to be clear). The are quiet on the road, offer excellent grip and are phenomenal in rain...absolute confidence at speeds much higher than advisable in the wet. The price is very reasonable and Amazon has the lowest one currently. I have been driving on Kumho tires for more than a decade, am very pleased with them, and I highly recommend this tire.

Tire has an inside and outside
They look and sound great. Be sure to look at the side wall there is an outside and inside to the tires. It’s stamped “outside”,After the size.Something I was unaware of. I mount and balance my own so I got 2 right the first time and had to swap the others. No big deal just something that might help others

Happy with the tires
This was my first purchase of tires from Amazon. They were able to beat the price of my regular shop. I have had the tires on for about 10k miles and am happy with how they have held up so far. No issues with delivery to an approved garage near by, and no problem getting them installed by the garage even though I didn't buy the tires from them

NOT AN ALL SEASON TIRE
Not sure who labeled these as all season tires. If they think they are all season they have never lived a winter in the north east. Driving in the snow with these tires is like trying to walk up a water slide with bars of soap tied to your feet. I put them on my 14 Explorer and regret it. I've had different all season tires for 20 years and have never had tires as bad as these. My 86 Firebird with slicks drove better than these in snow. So here are the pros and cons....Cons: EverythingPros: 1) They ARE round.2) They are cheap if you need a tire that will pass inspection and you plan on selling the vehicle. My advice is have it flat bedded to the inspection place. I wouldn't drive it if you don't have too.

Great in deep snow!!
I live in Crestline in the San Bernardino mountains and when my family was able to evacuate the recent snow storm I was a little worried cause I did not have chains for my truck. I have only used 4x4. My Wifes car is AWD and had chains on as well. So it was time to put these tires to the test. And I think it did better than my Wife's car. I will probably never drive in what I did ever again. Since this was a 40 year snowstorm.
