Z18 2.45 Inches Unlocked 3G Mini Phone with Android 4.4 Os (Black)

I like this phone a lot more than I expected. As other reviewers noted, it is definitely not waterproof. However, it is very small and it does work with voice and data, which means whether you're trying to call home or request a ride, this phone can make it happen. I love that it's tiny. Admittedly the small size makes using it a bit of a challenge for some things. Unfortunately, the phone uses a somewhat old version of android so while voice commands would make this phone a dream-come-true, it doesn't support that (this includes no voice support for text entry).My only language is English and I had an easy time setting up this phone. If you have never used an android phone: after you turn this on, click on the bottom-center icon that looks like a tic-tac-toe board then swipe left to get to the little gear icon that will bring up the setting menu.The one challenge I ran into with this phone was the small memory size. The memory on the phone is so small that you really can't install any apps on the phone without modifying the phone. This is a bit of a downer. Buying a memory card will only get you half the way to a solution. In order to actually store apps on the memory card, you'll need to override some of the default android settings. There are instructions for how to do this on the internet, they are not trivial (you'll need to install the android developer's tool, adb, on a computer and plug the phone into the computer to change the settings).The difficulty of setting up the phone for apps, old Android version, and lack of voice support are all big drawbacks but I still give this phone a 5 star rating because it is tiny, and that's what I want: a tiny phone.

The phone is not actually waterproof. the back panel only lightly clips into place and not tight enough to keep water out. After 2 weeks of using this phone, The screen goes black and wont come back on. This is a cheap phone made of cheap parts. Not to mention this thing is extremely slow. Oh well. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Amazon was very helpful in getting the replacement - great company to do business with. When I received the new one (Next Day), it had the same problem (I assume they all do), so I decided, because it was such a good phone for my purpose, to try to get a work around for the problem (see above work around). Took a couple of weeks to find a usable solution for the Wifi problem, but it was worth it. Hope this helps others.Now I have a phone that I am really enjoying.

It's a good little phone, but has almost no storage for apps, which if alright, but it is NOT shockproof, feel out of my pocket a few inches from the ground and broke.

This phone is not 3g like they claim. Works only on tmobile 2g network. Has more internal memory than typical 2g version, but otherwise it sucks because it is not 3g. Will not work on AT&T or Straittalk.

It's tiny as hell, and it's very difficult to text in it, but you can't fault it for that. You're buying this because you want a really small phone. All the features work as advertised, which is damn impressive for something this small. No complaints here.

This was purchased for a grandson that works on a farm. He has managed to break three other phones, Time will tell how long this one will last. He said it was very small, and fits in his pocket well. So far total thumbs up. Younger brother is begging for one as a Christmas present.
