A Coffee experience not just a brewer
Given this was a big investment, and I was very unsure whether it was insane or logical, I did my research. This brewer comes with a hefty price tag but it does not disappoint in terms of cup quality. I am a long time French press coffee drinker and wanted to make the switch to something a bit quicker and less work. This fills the bill. The built in scale was the clincher. It takes all of the guesswork out of the perfect ratio of coffee to water for the best possible cup of coffee. It is super fast and very quiet. Just a couple of minutes for a 4 cup brew. I love that you can adjust the brew strength. I like my coffee on the bold side so this works well for that. The carafe is very high quality and keeps coffee hot for a long time with no annoying burning from a hot plate. I love that there is no hot plate. It is very easy to use and offers an "idiot proof" cup of coffee of superior taste (and I use 8'oclock coffee). The only downside I have found is that you cannot fill the water reservoir for smaller brews, you can ONLY fill for the amount of cups per brew. Not a deal breaker but something to keep in mind. It is very easy to remove it and fill it however. Another BIG plus is the coffee basket pulls out instead of having to load from the top. HUGE plus on the design. Is it worth the money? I think it is if you want a perfect cup of coffee without having to figure out the ratio and you are someone who is short on time. Also, this is an "invest once" kind of purchase, no going through cheaper coffee makers every few years. This one should last a long time. In terms of time saved, it is much faster than my French press ritual and makes an equally good cup of coffee. I love it.

Pricey, but worth it
Had this for a couple of weeks. So far, the only 2 problems have been: 1) it didn't sit completely flat on the counter (and I tried different locations). I used double-stick tape to attach a piece of cardboard to one of the legs. This made it flat. 2) I had trouble trying to set the clock to 24 hour mode - it got into some dead end path. I had to back out and just use its default 12 hour AM/PM mode. That's okay. The pros: 1) It seems well made, 2) I like the detachable water container that is much better than my last coffee maker - trying to pour water into the top using the carafe was messy, 3) I like the accubrew mode - it's very precise in weighing the coffee. This makes the taste consistent. 4) The speed is pretty fast. 5) The stainless steel has a modern look and the red knobs are classic. 6) The wide mouth on the carafe makes it easy to clean. Although it's pricey, I think it is worth it. You are paying for the name, but it's also well-made.

Excellent Coffee Maker!
After several years of using a French Press, I wanted a coffee maker that would make a great cup of coffee, produce a quantity of more than 2 mugs, keep the coffee hot after brewing, and be simple to use and easy to clean up. The Wolf drip coffee maker with the thermal carafe gives me that and more! A great feature is that when I fill the water reservoir and add the filter and coffee grounds to make the coffee, I don’t have to slide the unit out from under the upper cabinet! Most importantly, it makes an excellent cup of coffee! Yes, this is a relatively expensive coffee maker, but for me, it’s been well worth the price - especially for something I use every single day.

Excellent Coffee Maker – Exceeded My Expectations!
I rarely leave reviews, but I am so happy with this coffee maker that I felt compelled to share my experience - especially since people are often more inclined to leave reviews when they are unhappy. This coffee maker is not only incredibly easy to use but also makes delicious coffee—I'm thrilled to be done with K-cups! One of the features that exceeded my expectations is the carafe, which keeps the coffee hot for hours—much longer than I anticipated based on other reviews. I hope cleaning this coffee maker will be just as easy as using it, and that it continues to work for years, especially given the price. These factors could change my opinion, and I will update this review if any issues arise.

Expensive but worth it
We bought this on sale to replace a 10+ year old Cuisinart maker that was starting to damage the paint on our cabinets from the steam and was getting overall pretty scummy. The price was painful for a coffee maker but it’s been rock solid. It brews super fast, zero steam, quiet and looks really nice in the kitchen. I use the accu-brew feature every time to weigh the exact amount of coffee being loaded and the flavor is waaaay better than our old maker. Very easy to clean too. My only complaint is that I wish it could make a slightly larger pot, when we have family visiting I have to make a couple pots in the morning. But overall, it’s the best coffee maker I’ve ever owned and I would buy it again if I had to.

Does not make hot coffee and does not keep coffee hot (that goes hand in hand).
Machine LOOKS great and high end in the kitchen. That’s where it ends. Strong coffee, which is what I drink, requires 1/3rd lb.No way to control the stretch except with more grounds, which is wasteful when strength can, and should be managed with drip options.Coffee, even right after brewing, is not hot AND machine has no warmer, so it only gets colder, fast. YAWN.I wasted $500 on this shoddily made, LOTS of cheap and flimsy plastic. Don’t waste your money. I’m headed back to Cuisinart. My Wolf Coffee maker is FREE TO A GOOD HOME
