Hi I have received the item and opened It on Monday evening ready to put Together for my daughter's 9th birthday on Tuesday morning and as you can see from the photos all the front of the seat has scuffs on it I have had to put it all together as she would have been so disappointed not to have it I appreciate you cannot check all items that you sell.

Hi Ian very disappointed and have a very upset birthday boy we have just took out of the box and the seat is all scored I have uploaded a photo aswell, really not happy at all,

We are just put in the cart together and there was lots of scratches all over the seat

Delivered damaged with parts missing, extremely disappointing

Product is great however there was a nut missing and the instructions are not very helpful.
