Overall, this is a really good pair of oven mitts. I purchased them b/c I wanted a longer set to cover up more of my arms. And our last set was not only too short but it was starting to burn through on the fingertips.This new pair covered those issues.The only issue was when I tried to put them on. They are almost too narrow for my hands to fit in at the wrist section. There is a lm extra “band” on the wrists to help keep them from sliding off, I guess.I would say I have average size hands, for a guy, and was able to squeeze my hands through. It’s a minor inconvenience, but it’s the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Again, it’s a good pair of oven mitts.

These are very well made. But they're a bit on the slender side. We were replacing a pair that were about 20 years old which are much roomier. The husge, heavy rings for hanging are a bit over the top. A nice, well made cloth loop would have sufficed nicely.

I've purchased a few pairs of these mitts over the course of the past several years, both for my own household and also as house-warming gifts. I love them, especially when compared to other brands such as Kitchenaid or Williams Sonoma. They are cheaper, yet of even greater quality and keep the heat out while still allowing you to maintain dexterity in your hands when using them. They're also super simple to clean. Although this may not be recommended by the manufacturer, I have thrown mine in the delicate cycle of the washing machine a few times with no issues at all.

These are very attractive and sturdy mitts. I use my broiler a lot so I needed very strong and heat resistant gloves. These gloves certainly can take the heat. Very nicely made with helpful rubber insert. The gloves are a little too small for my big hand - so I struggle to get them on and sometimes just use them without putting them on.

Good heat protection and a very functional design. Main negative is that they are relatively tight around larger hands and wrists.

LOVE these oven mitts!! Most of my potholders were bridal shower and wedding gifts, most handmade, and were so treasured. But after 34 years of use and several episodes of burned fingers (even with “doubling up”), I decided it was time to retire my favorites and get silicone. These mitts are perfect. Comfortable, easy gripping (unlike the ones that are a true mitten shape), long cuff offers protection of the wrists and arms...just beautiful!! And no burns! I do miss my treasured and well used potholders however, there’s no going back now that I’ve experienced the protection of silicone. These are the only oven gloves in the drawer.

Great pair of mitts arrived quickly, priced well, and do an excellent job of protecting my hands when handling hot trays in the oven. The rubber grooves on the inside of each mitt are an excellent touch and prevents slipping.

They fit my wife well, but I can't get my hand in them.The long, gauntlet style protects your forearms, and the silicone is grippy.

Good but a bit small.
