I took this supplement last month and it stopped me from ovulating that month, and I normally ovulate every month like clockwork. I measured using an ovulation test kit. No LH surge for the month that I used it. So, if you are still ovulating and even trying to conceive, I think it would be better to take this supplement AFTER you already ovulated for the month. At least this finding tells me that this product has potency and does indeed affect hormonal balance.

I ordered this because of the reviews on helping hot flashes. I'm still sweating my ass off and after a whole bottle I can't tell any difference. It was fast delivery. I didn't find the flavor unappealing. I just wish it had worked.
