Looks like a new remote
Needed something to cover and also protect the remote after dropping it so many times that it was chipped around edge. This looks great and the remote is easier to find and looks like brand new.

Makes my Apple Remote a little easier to use
I purchased this because I am not really happy with the form and design of the Apple Remote. The Apple remote feels to fragile and the controls are too sensitive. Was always nervous about it falling on the floor and shattering the glass. This case gives the remote a little bigger feel and lets it fit a little more comfortably in your hand. Also seems to offer good protection against falls. It is soft plastic though so it would not protect against crushing damage.

Problem Solved!
I cannot tell you how many times our Apple TV remote (sans cover) would fall through the seems of our couch. Digging through the cracks of the sectional sofa with flashlight in hand on hands and knees was simply on repeat. But this cover has saved the day...well, days! Not once since we purchased the cover has the remote slipped through the narrow crevices of our couch.Additionally, the remote has a little more mass to it now with the cover and makes it easier to hold! All in all, huge win for our first world problem.
