No more early morning wake up calls. This has been a game changer. Had it for a couple of months now and still working fine no issues. Bit fiddly to set up but once you get the hang of it fairly straightforward. There are four opportunities to give your cat a meal but I only use two as I like to give a small amount of wet food daily. My cat knows when it’s due to go off she camps out next to it about half an hour before. If I were going to leave her overnight I’d use the battery facility as I’d be worried about a power cut (we’ve had a couple) which deletes the time settings and no food comes out. The portion sizes are fine for my cat if anything she’s lost a little weight- she needed to and we are less likely to give her snacks in between meals. The voice recording thing is rubbish, but it makes some weird noise that she associates with meal time. All in all cannot fault this product.

This is great! We have been using it for about 6 weeks and find it easy to use, and reliable. We have it on battery power and it hasn't let us down yet. I love that it allows me to feed the cats precise amounts of food by weight, without having to faff around weighing it myself every day. Easily adjusted as they're getting bigger, and if a meal needs to be skipped for example. Worth every penny.

This has been a life changer! We have a very large ginger Tom cat that is always hungry! He is on a special diet and eats dry and wet prescription food. We set it up to give him a small portion of dry biscuits 4 tines a day. 5am, 10am, 2pm and 6pm. This has really helped him has his food spread out over the day without me having to worry about being home to feed all the time. It was very easy to set up and we very happy. I also do not get woken up at 5am in the morning anymore because the cat is hungry, he just waits for his food to drop now and leaves me to sleep. The reason for the 4 star is purely the voice call setting. We have no idea how to do it but are not worried as its dropped loud enough for my cat to hear. We have raised it up off the floor to help with eat portion and that really helps. Been using for 2 mths and very happy all round.

Great product, easy to set up, not too noisy. Replacing for same model as got on really well with it.Bought Aug2019 it broke after 4 years, think the obstruction sensor or LED has broken. Happy with that performance for the cost of it.

I love this automatic feeder. It works great for when you can't be at home to feed your pet, or for daily use if you like. I use little biscuits to feed my cat, not sure how it works with the bigger biscuits. There's 4 available feeding times per 24 hour period that you can set yourself, and the buttons are made so that's it impossible for your cat or dog to alter the timings or clock by pawing at it. To set the times, you have to press 2 buttons at once, and they're a bit hard and fiddly to press, so there's absolutely no danger of them being altered by your pet. The top where the food is poured in is closed and locked tight with no danger of cats or dogs getting their paws under the lid, as the lid is sunk down into the top of the feeder. There's even a way to record a message for your pet if you like, which repeats 3 times when the food is dispensed. The feeder I got, (the 'Large' size), dispenses food in 10 gram portions, with 10g being the lowest amount and 390g being the highest. You can change the portion control in 10 gram increments, ie setting 1 is 10g, setting 2 is 20g, setting 3 is 30g, and so on up to 39 settings. I think there is a smaller feeder that dispenses in 5 gram increments, but it was out of stock when I ordered. All in all, I'm super happy with it, as it takes the work out of feeding my cat, and now she's not hounding me for her food constantly. She's learned that her food comes from the feeder, so she sits by it at her feeding times to wait for it to dispense. You can either plug this feeder in to the mains, or it takes 3 'D' size batteries, which are supposed to last up to a year before they need replacing. The only fault I can see with this feeder is if you unplug it without the batteries in it or if you switch it off at the bottom, your saved feeding times are lost and you will have to reset everything, including the time. My suggestion would be, if you plug the feeder up to the mains, install the batteries as a back up in case the power goes off.I would recommend this feeder highly, and the price is super competitive with other, more expensive feeders that don't even have as many features. Not sure about the longevity of the feeder itself, as I've only had it for a couple of months. Will update my review if it fails.

I love this it has been worth every penny. I have it on all the time for my two cats. I set it to throw out 2 portions four times a day and now the weather it warmer they are out more I can change it to a bit less. They have wet food as well but this feeder means that they’re not as needy for the wet food all day! I’ve set a recording and one of my cats darts to it the second he hears it go off. It’s really easy to set up and use and it plugs in to mains which feels more reliable than battery. The base removes easily to clean. Does everything I need it to!

Needed a way to feesld my two hungry cats while I went away and I've been wanting an automatic feeder for a long time.Decided on this one as the price was good and I'm very happy with it. You can tailor the portion size, what time they are fed at and how many meals a day. The Screen makes it a faultless setting up.and you can't get it wrong.Fantastic product.
