Q: My dad is 175 lbs and 5'8 " tall. What size do I need?

My husband is 5' 11" and about 185-190lbs and we initially bought a medium and then returned it for a large. I had to shorten the chest strap, but it felt more secure having the additional fabric wrapping. I would suggest buying the medium and seeing how he fits in it. Easy to return for a larger size if you don't like the look/fit/etc. Great sling - better than the "egg" type ones for us.
