Not 4 big stomach only 4 muscle skinny people
It don't hold nothing in. it just goes with the stomach shape its like a neck and arm choker unfortunately it dont choke the most important part your stomach it just let it all out. Meaning the chest tight but an the stomach part very loose. It looks good only on the pic cuz he skinny fat people need to try on fat people stuff so we know how it fit. You skinny muscle people need to try yall muscle shirts an stop deceiving us making us think we going to have a muscle look smh false advertising

Not for anyone with a belly
I was hoping this would even out some of my weight gain curves for my wedding. Unfortunately, it pushed everything down and out so I looked pregnant. So it was a no-go.If you have a belly, this is not for you.Was a pain to put on as well. Felt like a seal trapped in a 6-pack plastic rings, rather than having a 6-pack.

Size chart is not accurate to me
The size chart is 100% not comparable to the real product. I got a medium size, and my normal shirt size is medium. This was supposed to be even large for me. But, the original item sized medium can be compared to an xxxs shirt!

Don this design headfirst! It’s slightly smaller than expected.
Sturdy construction, fits a little smaller than expected, long in the waist, which is good for this wearer. Easy to don headfirst, disregard package instructions to don from legs through neckline, due to T-shirt round collar area. More comfortable than expected in the arms and under arm area. Manages extra breast tissue well without construction. Overall a good product!

Used it for a wedding. Let's face it, It won't make you look like a twig but it will help if you have some minor rolls you need to smooth out. Or if you have some man boobs that need to be flattened. But overall it worked nicely.

Excellent spinal lumbar support
I need spinal lumbar support. This shirt is perfect. Fits perfect to support the lower spine. Highly recommend.

Very tight, but true to size
I'm between a Medium and a Large in various brands, and could squeeze into a medium. It squeezes me tight and seems to do the job.

Nice affordable alternative to Spanx
Uncomfortable to get on and off and more bulky then expected but fair alternative to expensive Spanx
