Ruesioussuspension strap trainer wall/ceiling mount for use with suspension strap trainer/resistance bands/CrossFit/bodyweight strength training

Never write reviews but after much searching I went for these partly due to the good reviews so felt I should add.Just get these as they are strong and well finished but ultimately great value ( I got 6 )3 for the garage and 3 indoors.All set up at low middle and high for resistance bands.I purchase M6 70 rawlbolts from Screwfix as much better quality.Drill a 10mm hole length of bolt and then 12mm length of plug. Perfect fit no movement well tightening and look nicer externally . Highly recommend but not sure they’d be good for outside . Hope this helps

Strong and with four screw/bolt holes for reassurance. I’ve installed on a roof beam so had to buy bolts for wood rather than use the supplied concrete ones. The carabiners seem a bit cheap, but the fixings themselves are doing the job nicely.

The supplied wall bolts are excellent, but in the set I bought, on both mounts the D-ring was off-straight on the plate - bent slightly to one side. Didn't affect what I needed it for, but an annoying cosmetic glitch.
