Avoid at all costs.
Bought this thinking be alright, how wrong i was. Came was easy to assemble until came to last nut and bolt for were feet go to connect that to the hand part the nut had been screwed on funny so was all cross threaded so bad would screw in, I got in touch with brilliant customer service guy but got around £25 what supposed be refund which got deducted of final payment instead to sort the problem, got that sorted and partner started using it only in which makes and unbearable squeeking noise to point come off it after 5 min would avoid only good thing bout this is customer care. Just avoid at all costs squeek is so unbearable after just 2 x 10 min uses now sat in a corner collecting fuming how crap this is and wasted money

Needs building from scratch, be prepared
Once built, after minimal use, when the paddles are in motion the machine constantly squeaks

Hard to Assemble and needs frequent servicing to remain useable.
This cross trainer required a LOT of thinking to put together, I'm lucky that my husband is a car/bike fanatic who has every piece of equipment possible because when you find yourself raiding the garage for an adjustable wrench and his specialist Allen key set so you can hold bits in place whilst screwing it together you know its gone beyond the ability of 'anyone' to put it together. I did manage it (and I was very proud of myself) and pleased that it is fairly maneuverable and got it plugged in once. However .... you do get what you pay for and there is a reason cross trainers at the gym are so expensive! The frame is creaky and flimsy and you can feel it going with you as you work out. I'm 5' 6" and 140lbs so probably fairly average and its swaying when i use it. The most irritating thing is that even if you tighten it BEFORE EACH USE as recommended the arms unscrew whilst you use it , usually when you are getting to the high resistance so I have to stop 3 times during my average 45 min work out to tighten it up again. I can cope with that but its now started making an almighty clunking noise when the left foot goes forwards. Not every stroke but frequent enough that its really off putting! Hardly the silent motion promised.Pros .... if you are not very active or not very heavy and need something small, easily moved that will get light use then this is great value for money.I use this minimum 45 mins every day and use the higher end of the resistance band, its wearing out and next time i'll spend more on something that has a longer warranty and is designed for more serious use!

Avoid! Takes more time to put together than it works!
Took longer to put together than it worked. After 20 minutes, heard a colossal snap, and plastic panelling came off the side, revealing some metal gear broken, the belt off track and a handful of ball bearings rolling around in the bottom of the open device. Entire thing is unusable — within 20 MINUTES of the very first use. Absolutely appalling. If I could give it fewer stars, I would.Update: This item is impossible to return — please avoid! Even though it broke within 20 minutes, Amazon is now refusing to collect and telling me to carry this 30KG item to a pickup point as a chronically ill woman! The product is filled with jagged broken metal pieces, a dreadful oil-like substance and ball bearings falling out. Absolute disgrace and unsafe! Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Average equipment
Was OK to put together, but is quite light and feels unstable when using as rocks from side to side, foot plates are also very slippy and feet even when wearing trainers slide, but is reasonably priced

A few days of creaking then broke.
This looked good at the outset but sadly the quality is not up to much, the tubular framing makes crerking noises and after a few day the magnetic tensoiner stopped working meaning it can no longer be set, not a useful product cheap manufacture.

Worst thing I’ve brought on amazon
The cross trainer was very hard to build, some of the screws wouldn’t go in their designated holes and the whole frame is not steady so you won’t be able to do a full work out. I am very disappointed with the product. I would return it but it is a heavy object and I cannot on my own get it to a post office to send it back. And the postage would cost a fortune and on the returns policy it says they only refund you £4. Ridicules I would not buy this product !

Don’t waste your money or time
Broke within seconds of use. Sounded like metal jamming and then pedals wouldn’t move at all. Removed outer case (which was delivered damaged) and seen resistance magnets jammed in wheel. Just seen previous review and not looking forward to trying to return.
