Amazing PC, professionally built.
Just finished setting up the PC, runs perfect. Very impressed on how it was professionally wired (looks amazing on the inside) and runs smooth while gaming. Its pretty quiet and the RBG fans w/ control works PERFECT. Can't recommend CUK more, these guys are awesome, I will definitely be buying all my PC's through them from now on. Thank you for the great PC!

ZERO Expandability! NO available PCIe x4/8/16 slots! Won't even hold an additional SSD!
So, the good things first:1) It has plenty of horsepower. We use DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, AfterEffects, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, etc and, with the addition of another 32GB of RAM (64GB total) it gets the job done.2) For what it is, it is VERY quiet. Aside from the lights -- which can be obnoxiously overpowering, especially at night -- you barely know it's running.3) For what you get, the price is quite reasonable. We mated this PC to twin Samsung UH850 31.5" 4K business-class displays, and it just handles everything we throw at it.The BAD:There is ZERO ability to shoehorn any PCIe card or even an SSD drive into this PC. The case is ***SO*** small, with no options to add ANY internal components. It has a single x1 PCIe slot, that is basically useless, so NO option to add a 10GbE or 25GbE NIC for access to network attached or SAN storage, AND since there is NO room to add internal storage (i.e. the 4x4TB SSD RAID we bought to add to this PC, since we can't use network storage), this is aimed squarely at the home/kiddie gamer, which is sad given the amount of power this thing has right out of the box.Sure, you can lay the blame at our feet for not doing sufficient pre-purchase research, but I've literally never seen a PC with absolutely zero expansion ability. Since this is liquid-cooled, and the radiator is integrated into the front of the case (hence the three large, glowing intake fans on the front), it's not a simple matter of just transferring the guts into a larger case. The liquid cooling system is definitely designed for this particular case. Also, this means that you will NOT be able to add a second GPU for SLI to this unit. So, caveat emptor. If you need only what it comes with out-of-the-box, then you should be golden. If you think you may want to add a NIC or an SSD in the future, you are S.O.L.

Bait and switch
This computer did not come with an Nvidia video/graphics card. It came with an msi geforce rtx2080. It appeared to be some low quality inexpensive version that msi does not sell retail. It clearly states it nvidia geforce rtx2080 several times in the listing. When contacting Cuk about it the customer support says they do not say nvidia cards just nvidia gpu which is not the same thing. After being escalated to a customer service supervisor he tried to upsell me a genuine nvidia card for an additional $450.

No RGB controller inside
Decent computer but disappointing to not find the rgb controller inside. Customer service stated they're no longer included after calling them.
