It's just ok. Kudos for quality and environmentally friendly
While it is more fun to wobble and twist rather than just stand there, I don't feel any muscles working, and if I'm on it for 2+ hours, my legs and feet go numb and I can't walk. It can also hurt my shins. It really motivates me to use it only because it cost me $200. For the money, it just feels more gimmicky than useful. My office mates were all eager to try it out and they've had the same opinion--just not that impressed. I will say, however, it's very well made, sturdy, nice looking. And I spent extra because I liked that the company is environmentally conscious. I think they're made from recyclable material (?) and can be recycled. HUGE kudos for that.

Great product, but hard to use for more than 15 minutes at a time
I really like this thing. You can rotate back and forth for a spinal twist, as well as rock in all directions. It definitely reduces hip flexor strain associated with standing upright for long periods, and helps with ankle flexion as well. The one drawback is that you're still standing on both feet. I've found I can only use it for about 15 minutes before my feet get tired and I need another posture. Then I shift to a textured mat with bumps and edges, which lets me take weight mostly off of one foot, then the other. So it's just one tool among others.

Don't buy this one if you're working barefoot or in socks... But it's a great product.
Moved my office home after the virus hit, got an adjustable desk and love standing. Thought this would be great for keeping my feet moving around and not locked in one place. Product arrived quickly and very nicely packaged. It's pretty sturdy... a heavy piece of plastic. It seems like maybe the wing's have deflected just a bit (I weigh 170, well below the weight limit) and you can feel the "ball" at the center of the deck sort of pushing through just a little, but it's actually nice to have that to move your feet around to get different surface characteristics, because the deck is incredibly hard and uncomfortable to stand on any extended period of time when feet are bare or only in socks (like I said, I'm working from home). I looked up the manufactures website and learned that they now only offer through their site a padded version of the plastic deck. I'm guessing I'm not the only person who bought this for home use and found it incredibly uncomfortable (painful even). I'll be returning this hard-surfaced version and ordering the (slightly more expensive) padded version straight from the manufacturer (Fluidstance).

Great for teachers and students alike!
This is the third board by FluidStance that I have worked into the classrooms as a special education teacher at the high school level. My students love it and are getting more opportunities to move around and be active, which helps the students with attention difficulties. This board is the first that I have that has the recyclable parts and composite top and it is the sleekest of the three so far. Students were excited to try it out and I even find myself using it at my standup desk to help me get my work done. I have never felt in danger or worried about someone falling and students and other staff all use it respectfully. The range of motion actually makes my body feel better when I come home after work as I am less sedentary. I have noticed a difference in my energy levels and the ability to focus for several of the students who no longer see it as a toy but as a tool to help them focus. Grades haven't been better in a long time (I swear it!).Try it out with a stand up desk. You won't be disappointed.

Comfortable and premium
I'm pretty freaking excited about this. I use the computer about 15 hours a day and have a motorized sit/stand desk that I use to alternate between positions. I've been using the Terramat standing desk mat for a while and it's okay, but I still find myself in static postures more than I'd like to be.I love that I'm able to engage the core and the glutes and constantly shift the weight across my entire body instead of putting a large continuous load on my quads and calvesThe price point on this thing is high but it's definitely the premium option for a serious computer worker. I actually like this style more than their more expensive option because it seems more rugged and durable due to its rubberized build as opposed to wood. I think this would be more enticing at the $150 price point but if you've got the money and you have a standing desk I think this is one of the best investments you can make into your body.

Fantastic. Yes
Fantastic. Yes, it's pricey, but it is well worth it. I use it at my standing desk and it has increased my standing time by at least 30%. It's no longer satisfying to stand at my desk without it. Any time I'm feeling a little stiff, I just make a small or large adjustment in stance, or a twist, and the blood is flowing again. I really like the ease with which I can slide it with one foot under or out from under my desk as I move from standing to sitting and then back again, and when I'm sitting I still have my feet on it for elevation.

Not as crazy as I thought.
Honestly... my first reaction to seeing an ad for this was that it was a silly idea. I bought it as an impulse purchase and out of curiosity. But is a cool product. And more practical than I imagined. I work about 50/50 standing and sitting and I really recommend standing some of the day if you have a desk job. I like the mobility the board offers while standing. I have hip pain and moving around stretches my hip and it seems to help. Also... it’s pretty awesome to be skating or surfing while you work. It’s not as distracting as you would think. I also like the board for sitting down. I often use it to rest my feet on and play around moving my ankles and legs. For me... I think it’s worth the price tag. It’s a fun tool that I use throughout the day. And when I don’t want to use it I just slide it to the side.I’m a big dude (around 260 lbs) I dont know which board I ordered for weight class but it holds up really well. It does elevate you a little... but not enough to mess up my standing setup.

Fantastic Product
Had heard about these from an American friend. Genuinely engages the core while standing at the desk (or kitchen counter!). Would definitely recommend it for anyone with a standing desk
