Easy to transfer
I love how they came out with a portable small book to carry with you on the go. Helps me study when I'm away for school or the house. Even when I'm at work I can look back to see if I'm doing an exam the right way.

Handy!
Got this pocket guide for quick reference for different X-ray exams! Helps out when exams are ordered that we don’t see often. My coworkers utilize it too !

Very Useful
It is the perfect size to fit in my pocket during clinical’s. Super easy to flip back and refresh myself about a certain projection. The tabs are kind of easy to tear so that is really the only draw back. Would definitely recommend for any Radiology student.

Extremely Useful Guide With Very Flimsy Tabs
I ordered this hard-copy pocket guide to supplement the 3-volume Merrill's Atlas Kindle ebook that I purchased for my Radiology Procedures class. The content in this little spiral-bound book is excellent; it contains all the information and images I need to reference when I'm on campus in a positioning practice lab. (I generally read and reference the ebook when I'm at home.) However, considering the cost of this pocket guide, I wish the publishers had invested in higher-quality materials. As other reviewers have noted, the tabs are quite flimsy (even though the section dividers are made from a heavier-weight paper than the rest of the book); they quickly became bent, rumpled, and in danger of tearing off after just a few trips to campus in my backpack. I finally found a solution that seems to be working well -- I ordered a roll of clear label protectors from Amazon, and folded one over each tab. At 3-1/8" in length, the label protectors are longer than the section divider tabs, so I could have trimmed them down; but I'm keeping them at their full length because it does a better job of reinforcing the tabs/dividers as well as protecting the pages in between from getting rumpled. One other thing I found disappointing is that the positioning images are in black and white. It might seem like an odd complaint, given that the x-ray images are just black and white/grayscale anyway, but I find it much harder to see the collimation borders and central ray entrance point markers when the positioning pics are just shades of gray instead of full color as they are in the regular atlas. So, overall, I'd give this pocket guide an A+ (5 stars) for its content, but only a C (3 stars) for its quality and durability -- which is how I netted out at a 4-star rating.

Better than a Google search.
This is a great guide to have when an exam is ordered that is rarely seen. The techniques will change with technology, but the angles and positioning are constant.
