This product never worked. Lights came on then went off and the interface was no use. When I contacted the seller and gave them all the info with how it is not working, they responded by telling me to send pictures of the fault. Stupse. I ended up purchasing another one from a different company and just counted this experience as wasted money. Shipping to Barbados where I live is more expensive than the cost of the product itself. So returning it would have been even more expense. All in all I won’t buy anything else from this company. Horrible experience.

Used this to program a key fob for my 2008 Saturn AstraUnit came with no instructions. Had a little trouble installing the usb drivers. Once that was sorted out and I found the correct program for the car everything went smoothly and the key was working in just a couple of minutes. The local GM dealer was unable to do this for me. They did however get me the security code that was required.
