This is the ultimate garlic press!!!
As you squeeze the garlic out, simply slice through the strands of garlic as they appear with a sharp knife for perfect evenly cut tiny pieces of garlic.Not the usual squashed puree that comes through the normal garlic presses. Notice - this is a garlic cutter. Not a garlic press. I ended up giving my garlic press away.Fantastically easy to clean as all the bits come apart. Extremely clever design and obviously put together by people who actually do cook and who actually use garlic!!

Produit cher et de tres mauvaise qualite !
Le produit c'est casé à la première utilisation ! En écrasant la gousse d'ail la moitié des lames se sont détachées. Donc l'appareil n'a pas servi correctement une seule fois est est déjà pour la poubelle !

Guter KnoblauchSCHNEIDER
Das wichtigste vorneweg: Es ist keine Presse sondern ein Schneider! Also kein Gematsche sondern ein sauberer Schnitt. Man muss noch mit einem Messer den Knoblauch in kleine Würfel schneiden, je nach Schnitt werden die Würfel kleiner oder größer.Ein Stern Abzug für das Schneidegitter, das ist die Sollbruchstelle. Nach Jahren der Nutzung ist das Gitter nun gebrochen, kann aber als Ersatzteil nachgekauft werden.

Genial
Endlich mal ein Knoblauchschneider der nicht aus 1000 Einzelteilen ist. Man muß natürlich wissen, daß dieser Küchenhelfer keine Knoblauchpresse ( keine Knoblauchpresse! ) ist. Für mich geht die Reinigung wunderbar ohne die beschriebenen Probleme meiner Vorgänger. Habe es nach Funktionsprüfung gleich meinem Kumpel weiterempfohlen.
