Dow Corning 795 Silicone Building Sealant - Bronze

Our home inspector recommended this for caulking all around our stucco house. I was planning to use silicone caulk from a big box store but the hubs wanted to get exactly the brand recommended. It went on easily and not too messy as some silicone caulks can be hard to work with. This one was not and easy to clean up. Fast delivery!

We have tried a few different types over the years and this one holds up best to a tropical climate with extreme weather conditions.

This product is better than silicone if you want to use it as intended. Which is building sealant. I put it between my patio cover and where the patio cover attaches to the house. No leaks does not shrink. Very pliable. It also controls easier than silicone coming out of the tube using a caulk gun.

I use this on my glass sun room - at the recommendation of the installer.This is a premium, high quality, durable sealant. It holds up well (many years) in my high heat (Texas) summers.

Applies easy and matches the color of my screen Lanai perfectly. I would recommend this product.

Used this to bed some new windows that I cut for our old lance 28 sailboat. Can be a bit messy so make sure you tape off the outline of the window so you don't have a heck of a mess to clean up when you are done. I redid the starboard side windows about 2 years ago and they are still holding great with no leaks.

Easy on, easy off.

Hard to find this stuff unless you're a contractor. For the DIY homeowner this stuff works amazing. Used it to repair my sunroom that was leaking
