Yes it is waterproof. I have used it aluminium and it was fine.

Neutral cure silicone

Great stuff, used to stick a glass splash back on which required neutral cure silicone to stop discolouration. Worth noting that the listing image is incorrect and rather than oxime you get a tube of neutral (which was exactly what I was after)
