I bought this to take with me when I go to coffee in the mornings with the ladies. I don't believe it keeps my coffee very warm. I was Disappointed in that. It is very attractive and easy to hold. Bought some for all my family for Christmas Stocking gifts, but I don't think they are using them like I thought they would. So thumbs down on them. But, they are durable and do not go in the garbage like the paper ones in the coffee shops when done with a cup of coffee, so guess that was my mission if they use them!!!!

When used with hot drinks, this lid leaks badly all over. The heat seems to make it swell, and the lid does not stay on.

Lids won't stay on. Fill it with coffee and you'll get burned because the lid just comes off. Bad buy, returning mine.

The sleeve slips off and the lid is silicone and also doesn’t stay on.

I liked the idea of a bamboo reusable cup. I have used ceramic cups but have lost a few because of breakage. The lid does not fit tightly and results in leakage of coffee. I am disappointed because other than that, it is a great cup. I don't recommend this product.
