NAKTO Adult Electric Bicycles 26" Electric Bikes for 36V/10Ah/12Ah Ebikes

I am very pleased , I assemble it a few days ago and it was easy to put together , servicing bike is a hubby off mind , I am not able to ride because I hurt my feet ,but my wife took it for a spin and love it , people came up to her and was admiring it , they recognize the quality construction , very good paint job and when it comes to the manual clear cut information , they emphasize safely while riding and the use of an helmet, I am planning on getting another one , because I might not be able to get it back from my wife , but until that time I will try to borrow it when I am able to ride again.

This bike is amazing! You will be shocked at the power. Longest trip was 15 miles using the throttle the whole time while peddling and battery power never dropped. Customer service for a couple questions I had was prompt and courteous. Bought one for me and this one a month later for my husband who wasn’t sold on the idea of the e bike till he rode mine. Buy it. You will NOT be disappointed!

Comes about 90% assembled. My only two complaints are that the brake levers are reversed as opposed to a traditional bike ( Front on the right and rear on the right) I have another e-bike and it is set up the same so maybe it has to do with the throttle being on the right but not sure. The other issue is the lack of detailed instructions especially when it comes to using the pedal assist. Other than those two issues it seems great, my wife loves it although I wouldn't recommend for someone on the shorter side, she's about 5'7 and at the lowest seat setting she is just able to touch the ground.

I have had this bike for over a year. The charge doesn't last. The company was great and sent another battery but it still goes to orange after 5 minutes of assisted petaling. This is super irritating since I cannot go further than 3 miles from my house. I'm a women, 5'5 and 175 lbs and I bought the carrier seat for my 6 year old daughter - she's 41 lbs. So you would think that it would last longer than 6 miles round trip but it doesn't. If I could do it over again, I would go with the stronger motor hands down! Don't skimp, it would be worth it.

So far this is proving to be an excellent electric bike for my wife. Very pleased with the build at this price point. It does take some tweaking and the assembly instructions are poor, but it definitely worth getting past those hurdles

This is an inexpensive ebike so plan on many little things needing adjustment. More importantly the company honored the warranty after the part became defective within the year. The prongs that connect the battery to the bike broke. They replaced it promptly. It looks easy to fix based on the part. Unless you are comfortable fixing bikes, it is probably best to have the bike adjusted by a professional. This bike has been rode often this past year by my daughter in the hills of Berkeley.

After spending $700 on a bicycle, I would notexpect to have to take the dang thing to a bike shop two days after receiving because the chain keeps popping off.Ridiculous.

Seller didn’t provide tracking number, which was very frustrating. The parts have no labels and the instructions are typed out bullet-list style with no pictures or diagrams. Honestly the bike is decent for the price but I’d recommend spending a few extra bucks and a immediately after receiving this, take it to your local bike shop for assembly and tuning. Our front brakes would not adjust properly. Took to our bike shop and the front rim spokes were not correctly tightened from factory, causing the wheel to be wobbly and thus making the brakes not stay centered. The quality level between this and a RadRunner eBike is quite noticeable. If you can have a pro assemble, I’d recommend this bike for a trial or intel eBike. The electronic horn is hilarious, but also includes a standard bell.
