Wooden color dark, not black and smooth ad hello
The media could not be loaded. Thought this product would be black but it doesn't quite matter. It has the needed smooth edged bottom that I need as a "swizzle" stick for my dahl. Brand new out of the package it has a very very funky smell that gets on your hands but a few washes and airing it out will help. Very smooth and few wooden sharp edges between star shaped ends.Update!!!! Smell was so horrible STILL after leaving item outside for two weeks. Couldn't risk the smell affecting my food so I literally had to just throw it away, total waste of money unless you live in the jungle and/or have no sense of smell or taste.

Good to be used once in a while not for daily use
I require a ravi daily for cooking purpose and this one is simply best. I am being using this since last two months, but the wooden quality near the handle side is now getting worst day by day. Its not that good for daily use and wash purpose. Its good for being used once in a while.
