I suffered from Morton's Neuroma for years and didn't bother going to doctor. When I finally lost patience and it got worse, I went. He recommended these and gave me a sample. I used his sample for my daily walk before I ordered my own and it worked! Unfortunately, they are expensive and are needed in all your shoes. Definitely worth it to alleviate the pain. Proper placement is very important. I followed the instructions and had relief right away. I only have the condition in my left foot but as some of the other raters say, I have used the right pad in my left shoe and it's fine.

These are exactly what my feet needed. Expensive but worth it. They can be used for a long time. I’m a seasoned athlete and I’m suffering from Morton’s Neuroma in both feet. I have tried other pads but they didn’t stay adhered to my insole or they were too big, too flat, or slid around. These appear small but put just the right amount of pressure where you need it. Place behind the ball of foot and pain goes away. They will take almost a month to get used to so suck it up! They work.Tip: if you need to move it and re-stick it lightly spray with spray adhesive. These work fantastic for my problem which was extreme pain in the middle of the ball of both feet. I have these inserts now in every pair of shoes and can't go without them. The trick is placement in the shoe and making sure that a metatarsal pad is the solution to your problem to begin with. The widest part should go just at the edge of where the ball of your foot starts. (The goal is that when you step down it is in the correct spot to splay your toes out and create a more even walking surface so the pressure is not all in one area) - I got helpful advise at a local sports medicine store in my town where I bought my first pair. They are much cheaper to buy here from Amazon than locally.

These were smaller then less expensive ones I previously ordered from a different company. They don’t seem to cover entire area needed for my foot. FYI: I wear a women’s size 8.5 shoe

When the podiatrist told me I'd have to try metatarsal pads and proceeded to give me one, I knew there would be a problem. Too many shoes that need to be worn. I searched and finally found these. They are the same ones my podiatrist recommended! They are a very specific size, both in terms of footprint and loft. They are great in that you can try out a placement by only tearing off a portion of the paper that covers the adhesive backing. They seem durable (been using for several weeks). They may cost a little more than other choices, but they are definitely worth it. It's amazing how a properly placed pad such as this can relieve pain and other symptoms. Glad I found them.

I have used HAPAD size small met pads for about a decade. I am very familiar with the product and have had excellent results. The item I ordered was a size small met pad, but a size large longitudinal met pad is what was delivered. This product does not have a return policy and not I am out $50. Do not order this product from this seller.

I went to a foot and ankle specialist. If I wasn’t going to do surgery, she highly recommended this tried it and it works fantastic.
