I have mixed feelings about this charger. First, let me address the pros... I loved how flat this charger folds. It makes it easy to store and transport. I also love the design when it is in the "open"/upright position. I tried a couple of other folding chargers because I sometimes want to see my phone while it is charging (watch videos, facetime, etc.), but a few others had issues keeping the phone ON the charger. They would either fall to one side or the other because of the poor "cradle" design. This one was GREAT at holding it in place in both the vertical and horizontal orientation.The Cons...You had to have the phone in a specific place to charge. This was something I only saw with the charger lying flat. When the charger is in the open/upright position, this is really not an issue because of where it automatically holds the phone. But when it is folded/flat, I had to line it up and make sure it started charging before I left it. Not a huge issue, but not what I experience with my Anker charger. However, the most frustrating problem I experienced is that it quit working after 14 days. I really liked the design and had hoped it would last longer. Hopefully, I got a defective unit, however I am surprised as the short life of my unit. It did work well up until the time it died.

Bought this for my girlfriend, because she liked the convertible aspect of it. She stopped using it because she liked another 3 coil flat wireless charger I bought for her at the same time, so this became my go to charger when we were together. After about 3 months, I noticed my phone wasn't fully or really charged at all when left on this in upright or flat position overnight. Soon figured out, the blue light would start blinking when I put my Galaxy Note 8 on the charger, and the unit would start getting really hot within the first 10 minutes. Same thing happened with my girlfriend's IPhone XS. I tried with different cords and adapters that worked fine on other chargers, and in different outlets in different residences, it did not solve the problem. I have different wireless chargers scattered all over my house and office, because I like charging wirelessly - none of them have had this problem. This one is now a paperweight, because it was out of the return window. Very disappointed, because this was going to be my travel charger because of its convertibility. Not sure If I got a bad one, or these aren't built to last.

Nicely packaged, complete with a USB-C cable. (No power supply, of course.)Actually sturdier than I expected, and there are 4 small rubber feet on it that keep it from moving around on a counter.No hassle getting it to connect and charge. There seems to be a LARGE acceptable area when you keep it flat to charge. Nice dual-purpose, as I was also wanting just a stand, too. So two items in one for a VERY reasonable price!

I, like others here, have many other wireless chargers for a Note 9. At home, work, in the rv, etc. They are various brands and all have worked for over a year without fail. I broke one last month and bought this Ziglint to replace it. This charger will NOT work unless I take the phone out of the case. I have a simple, official Samsung, all plastic case. None of my other chargers have ever had an issue with it..but this one hates it. I am returning it immediately.

This is exactly what I was looking for.I have a Pixel 3 Xl and was looking for a cheap wireless stand charger for my office. Overall durability seems great. It's USB C so I didn't have to swap any cables around.The reason it's not a 5 star rating is that it doesn't fast charge the Pixel 3 Xl. But for my office that's ok.

I like the charger design. Unfortunately charging was unreliable. Would get the "Flashing Blue light" which indicates a charger issue and not charging. Seems to work fine with a Pixel 3 XL with a thinner case (no fast charging). Will not work with the Pixel USB charger.

It charges my phone but not with significant speed. It is also more sensitive to case thickness. My thicker, not protective case will charge on other chargers but not this one. It’s ok for a budget charger.

After less than 2 month, it's already stopped working, can't even return anymore, waste of my money. Built quality is bad
