Lid defect
Had this item shipped to my brothers clinic out of state because I have plans to practice there. Wasn’t able to fly in to open the box until a month after it arrived. I pulled the brand new device out of the box to check it out and the lid would not open. We tried everything but the lid is completely broken. It is past the 30 day return limit and I’m waiting to get in touch with the company to see if they will replace this device for me. Really disappointing for a brand new purchase, right out of the box.

Only goes up to 4200rpm
This product advertises speeds up to 5000rpm but actually only goes to max at 4200rpm. See pictures attached. As a positive, it is very silent. However, I will never continue to support a company that lies about its product. Don't trust Vision Scientific for your needs. They perhaps inflate the quality of their product in order to charge extra.

Lid broke after only one month 😢
We love it but the lid broke after only a month and we are not at all hard on our equipment..

The lid broke after a few months, maybe 200 uses/cycles. Garbage! But what isn't these days?

Super quiet and efficient
Use the centrifuge to create PRP for facials and hair restoration. Works great snd is very quiet.
