Cinzano Extra Dry Vermouth, 75 cl

This makes for a GREAT super-dry Martini. The usual vermouth is OK, but using this amps up the flavour of the gin and improves the intensity of the cocktail itself. Comparing it to the standard vermouth I have really shows how dry this is. It's not going to be for everyone, but for those who want to experience the dryness of a real Martini without doing the 'rinse' of a standard vermouth and wasting good alcohol, this is the ticket!

Not the regular cinzano, this one is extra dry. More expensive than you can pick it up in the shops for but it's usually hard to find.

Ive bought Cinzano Extra dry in the UK for less than £7 with free delivery. Its good for making cocktails but not at this price.

Item arrived on time however Extra dry was not supplied !!! Cinzano Bianco 1757 is Sweet was supplied. Get it right !!!

Da es in unserer Gegend in den Läden diesen Cinzano nicht gibt, waren wir froh, ihn mal wieder zu bekommen. Schmeckt wie in alten Zeiten sehr gut.

Excellent bien plus fruité que le martini dry. C'est une question de goût bien sûr. Il est dommage que la marque cinzano soit si peu commercialisée en France.

マティーニを飲むためです。 近所に置いてなかったので助かります。 ホントにマティーニを飲むためだけなので、私のお気に入りの味になるので何の文句もありません。 毎晩飲みたいので、これとサントリードライジンの1800ｍLと購入してます。 レシピはごくごくまっとうに４：１（ジン：これ）です。 ただ、毎晩作るの面倒なので大量につくってペットボトルでシェイクして冷凍庫に入ってます。 冷凍庫に入れとくと、カクテルグラスが冷えてなくてもおいしく飲めます。

カクテル初心者ですが、割る前の香りは日本酒と梅酒の間ぐらい。味は舌で舐めるとやはり日本酒と梅酒の間ぐらいです。 実際飲むときは炭酸水で割っただけですが、鼻に来たのは柑橘系のさわやかな香りでした。 飲んでみるとアルコール度数は低いものの、日本酒と似た感じで、吸収がいいです。酔い心地が日本酒に近く他の洋酒に比べてとても日本人に合っている気がしました。
