SUNBA 406-D20X - IP PoE+ H.265/H.264 1080p Outdoor PTZ Security Camera, 20X Optical Zoom, Auto-Focus, 100m Night Vision

I bought a Sunba 507-20xb about 4 years ago and last week I managed to lock myself out of it.I Emailed Sunba Tech and got a quick reply.I explained my issue and after a few Emails back and fourth to Robin P I had managed to gain access to the camera again.The issue was caused by my lack of knowledge of ports and changeing 1 port had caused a conflict.As the camera was out of warranty I was expecting no help from Sunba but to my surprise they could not have help any better or faster.These are great cameras and great customer service.I would definately recommend them to freinds and family.A big Thank You to Robin P
