The design and quality of the ornament is very nice. I ordered this for my grandson’s Giraffe Christmas ornament collection. Unfortunately the personalization disappeared in the order so it arrived unengraved. Very disappointed because now the design is unavailable. Be careful if/when you order to make certain your instructions are captured. I’ve ordered personalized ornaments for years from other vendors with no problems. Guess I’ll be engraving it myself.
