How it works: The bracelet is a one-size, adjustable hook and loop strap supplied with 2 x special plastic foldable ID cards and 2 x Condition Specific ID labels both printed with the same unique ID . Register the ID along with the child's parent contact details and any other information that you consider vital or important. The ID cards and labels are waterproof and slide discreetly into the inside of the bracelet (see images).You may also write brief parent contact information and medical about on the front in the spaces provided (permanent pen essential, not supplied).
