Cant believe I`m buying this now...
but I am, after resurrecting my 25 year old tape deck, this took the filth off the heads and improved the sound quality considerably!Loads of fluid, should last a lifetime.FYI, Audio cassettes sound better than you remember!

Does improve the performance
Used the item as instructed,and know it has totaly distroyed both decks on a sony tcwe475 twin deck revisedAfter using this product i had to buy and fit new belts,seems the cleaning process accelerated the wear on them ,everything ok know and the deck does sound significantly better

Product arrived as described. Well packaged and in good condition. Instructions for use were easy to follow and straightforward.The product has worked well and if has cleaned the heads on my Sony Cassette deck to a good standard. Only used once so far, but i am satisfied... good job!!

Better than I thought
It’s been years since I’ve used tape. The different tape decks I had all seemed muffled. With not using tape for a while I thought this was normal. After using this the difference was night and day. Don’t forget though to Pearce the bottle and also take the whiten strip off the back of the tape.

Useless!
I bought this in good faith - I should not have ignored the review that warned against buying it! It jammed on all my devices and as I said when I requested a refund that really it was not worth returning and that I would not recommend anyone else to purchase this item. Amazon then refunded - thank you. I now have received a message from the seller requesting return of the item. Having stated it was useless and not worth returning and having received a refund and being thoroughly fed up with it I binned it so cannot return but I can assure you I would not have gone to all this trouble if had not be very, very faulty. I have now bought a well thought of TDK head cleaner - more expensive but at least I hope it will work! Sorry not to return it but just so fed up I was glad to get rid of it. I hate negative reviews but honestly this is no good.

Works as advertised
This product is pretty straight-forward. A cassette and two tubes of cleaning solution (essentially isopropyl-alcohol by the look of it). You add a few drops of cleaner to the cassette and run it through, job done. There is a little spinning wheel in the tape the is suppose to de-magnetise and I am just going to have to accept that it does the job. I have to hope so because a TDK HD-01 costs a small fortune and I've never had the confidence to wave a demagnetising wand inside my deck. Anyway, I've had no problems and tapes sound great so I'd recommend.
