Good product
I had one like this before but I broke it then I found it here on Amazon and I was happy to purchase this product again. I love how it works, It doesn’t pull my hair, heats up good, and my hair curls and straightens well.

Worked alright while it worked. Suddenly stopped working in less than 2 years. I have had cheaper products that's worked better and held up longer. The employees of this company have a major attitude problem. Do not buy this product despite fancy packaging, videos and marketing. The product is simply subpar.
