Butchers Beef Injection
I have used this product multiple times when I cook my briskets. The flavor is awesome and makes a great au jus for basting.

Keeps the brisket moist!
Since brisket is expensive, I cant afford "prime" cut. Therefore, I purchase "choice" cut which requires an injection of some liquid to keep it moist. IMO, this injection is better than beef broth! It isn't overpowering and doesn't take away from the meat flavor. Definitely will be using this stuff again!

The Butcher BBQ Liquid Brisket Injection arrived with a broken seal. Had to throw it away. Evidently the seller and Amazon do not allow replacement for defective food items. Buyer beware.

Keeps brisket from drying out
My briskets used to dry out esp the flats. Since I been using this they have been super juicy and the flavor is great. This is a must for me now when smoking brisket. The price is pretty high but if your smoking a 100 dollar piece of meat it’s worth it not to ruin it.
