Not for 30 size jeans.
My jeans size is 30. On this product it is written xl and xxl. I think it's not good for 30 size. It does tuck the tummy well. This Tucker may be useful for ppl above 34 sizeI have added pics .1 is back side2 is front side3 from inside, the back part4 from inside, the front part

Not good shapewear
Even though the product is soft and comfortable or maybe too comfortable because it does nothing to the shape of my body. The before and after are 100% the same. It’s not a good body shaping product.
