Used this to make a peltier vased water heater. This works as advertised. No leaking and its solid aluminum save for the plugs but that is a artifact of the machining process.

Haven’t had any leaks. I took an x-ray because i wanted to drill and tap two holes to mount a couple of MOFSETs and I didn’t wanna accidentally drill into one of the coolant channels. It turned out the coolant channels inside the block were too narrow for screw size I wanted to use. I used super sticky thermocouple tape instead. I could probably still drill, and when I hit the cooling channel I could immediately stop drilling, tap the hole, and use a very short screw so that the screw doesn’t block the cooling channel, then add some locktite or rtv to the threads, but I did the lazy thing and used the thermal tape, lol

Great little heat sink for the money barbs hold a 5/16 hose without clamps and does not leak. Only down side is the surface finish was not the best had to make the true and polish out the roughness but I have something that a nearly smooth finish is needed. This shouldnt be a problem for your average user.

Purchased two of the sets. We use them connected to our chiller to a cooling die for parts coming from an injection molding machine. They are solid, no leaks and very uniform. We used hose straps because we are pushing pressurized chilled water but held up good. Three of them are pinched between two ¾” aluminum plates, they keep the entire fixture at the chiller temp even after hours of use.

I am using these as part of a water cooling system for a Peltier junction cooler. One is on top of the Peltier chip and the other is on 2 feet of hose as a "bucket chiller". Lowered into a bucket of cold water - the chiller drops the water temperature down like a "turbocharger".Oh yeah, these work very well for the purpose.

I used this for both the hot side and cold side of a Peltier junction and it worked great. I held them on with zip ties, which I thought was going to be a temporary thing, but they ended up working great so I left them there. Don’t forget to get some thermal paste, and don’t bother with hose clamps ( I tried to use hose clamps with the vinyl hose, but it leaked from where the hose connected and then when I took the hose clamps off it stopped leaking)

Works fantastic it's a little bit wider than I had looked at and that I thought but it doesn't job absolutely perfect there are no leaks was very easy to hook up. A question that had not been asked I will answer now the fittings will fit a 5/16 inner diameter hose. I will definitely be purchasing more of these in the future

I bought this for our lab ‘cause I want to build a cooling pad for our experiment. The product is of normal quality. Initially I was worried that the thing may leak. After I tried it a few times. I think it works pretty well. Hostly, you can get similar thing from AliExpress at much cheaper price. But if you need a quick delivery I think it’s a good alternative to buy on Amazon.
