It works, but it's not the best.
I bought this as a charger for a D3000 I picked up a few weeks ago. The charger does charge the battery, but it isn't a perfect fit. It's too loose, so the battery slides about in the receptacle, and will only charge if the charger is lying horizontally (e.g., flat on a surge protector) rather than vertically (e.g., in a wall). It's better than nothing, but it's definitely inconvenient, since you can't just plug it into any outlet (the way you'd expect with a charger) unless you tape the battery down. I tried it with both the original and a replacement battery and the same issue is present, so I know it wasn't just the battery. The packaging didn't directly mention the D3000 anywhere, so I imagine the charger was built as a generic replacement for a camcorder battery and someone realized it happened to have the same connectors as those needed for the D3000 and decided to call it a D3000 charger. If it had been a fitting charger, this would have been a 5 star review. One nice thing about the charger is that it comes with a car adapter.

Very Satisfied
The only issue that I have had so far is the fact that the battery fits loosely and falls out if turned upside down, but if you're not clumsy it's okay. Other than that it works well. The upside of that is that the battery is easy to insert as other chargers can be difficult to insert the battery. I'm very satisfied with the product, as it works as said. I would definitely recommend this product.

displeased!!!
I am very displeased with this item! Beings that I NEVER GOT IT!!! they charged me the money for it and i never recieved it so i had to go to walmart and get a cheapy to hold over. i was really looking forward to gettting this product. I love doing photography and was so eager to get a new charger for my battery since i couldn't find mine. but i was disappointed when i never got it in the mail!!! D:

amazing
the product was more than i expected. the charger works great in the house and in the car. i esp love the car charger adapter becuase it allows me to keep the charger in my car so im less likely to lose it

Exactly what I was looking for, and then some. Ordered this product in a hurry and was pleasantly surprised to find this charger comes with wall charger AND car charger.
