MW Polar Coconut Milk, Premium,13.5 Fl Oz (Pack of 12)

With coconut milk being super expensive, I found this to be reasonably priced and was decent quality.Made some great Thai teas with it. Definitely would buy again as long as the price doesn't change.

making soups - like butternut squash, sweet potato, awesome with curry and gold potatoes, super in gravies and sauces, and just a tablespoon with 2 scrambled eggs is awesome.

i bought this to make a whipped cream substitutes for holiday desserts. while not as thick as heavy cream, the taste was excellent, and all my guests - both vegan and omnivores all loved it. (one guest said it was the first "real whipped cream not from a can" that she had had in years)I also used it to make my sister's birthday favorite whipped cream cake and the results were excellent.

This is a nice tasting coconut milk, with a good fat content. If you're used to other high-fat brands like Chaokoh, this fits the bill. The difference between this coconut milk and other brands is that Polar uses stabilizers. This means that the milk won't separate in the fridge, and every can is consistent. The downside is that you cannot separate the cream from this milk, and you cannot whip it. Great for curries and veganizing cream sauces, but not whipping.

Well, so far we have tried this in several recipes, both cooked and in things like smoothies. It's just NOT coconutty enough. I mean it's coconut milk (!) and we've tried other brands and they have been fine, but this one is just FLAT. An ENTIRE can in one of our curries produced hardly any flavor at all. So disappointed. I may just try to blend it in to stretch things like milks or creams as needed, but really, it is an awful lot of milk to be able to use it up by using it that way alone.

I purchased this locally but I feel like I am the only one buying it as after a few weeks the store is out and they seem slow to replace it.I prefer this coconut milk over Thai brand or other brands as it does not separate. No it is not organic and probably has some stabilizers in it but it works well for what I need. Cans arrived undamaged and product is well. I use this stuff for Keto Smoothies for it's high fat and low carb content. Oddly enough I like a tablespoon here or there just to drink. LOL it is very creamy and very light coconut flavor

Tastes really great and has a nice amount of rich, flavorful coconut fat. I use a can of it every time I make my take on Indian butter chicken, which I do more like a stew. Great to have a good stash of it in the cupboard because it's not always in stock at grocery stores.

Makes a swell chicken coconut curry!!
