Corsets for Women Overbust Bustier Top Gothic Sexy Shoulder with Straps

I bought this corset as part of a costume I was building for Halloween and I cannot tell you how perfectly it worked out for me. The fit was perfect. And the fact that it was corset in the back which gave me the option to either add more room or tighten it up made it absolutely amazing and it help me pull off my look flawlessly

I bought the green corset for a masquerade birthday party. I originally started with a 6XL according to my bra band size but soon realized I needed to downsize to a 4XL. I chose to stick with a 4XL because I wanted to be able to dance and do the scavenger hunt comfortably. In the 4XL, I had it tightened to as tight as possible and could still easily bend and twist. I maybe should have gone to 3XL if my aim was to actually wear a corset correctly.I am a 40DD or 38E depending on the style of bra and usually wear a 12/14 dress, 12 or 14 in Gap shorts, Regular 30 in Gap jeans, and a Large in AnnTaylor Loft t-shirts. I'm 5'4" and weigh 200lbs fairly consistently. I have decently broad shoulders sitting at 17.5" in width.PROs~ True to color~ Quality fabric~ Well-made for price pointCONs~Much larger at the top

So it’s not a perfect corset, but it’s $20, so for that, I don’t expect it to fit like a custom Catherine d’lish. The measurement specifications were accurate for me, which meant I had to order about 1-2 sizes larger than I usually do. The girls hang over the top and I wish it were a little longer bc I have DDD’s, am tall (5’11”), and have a long torso - but again, it’s not custom and the price reflects that. I plan to add more feathers to fill out the top, rhinestones, and replace the bra clasp side closure with a zipper.Side note - I ordered the “blue” but it really looks more of a teal color, which I prefer, but just FYI.

Nicely made of quality materials. I went with my waist size as suggested and ordered the 5x. I am typically a size 12/14 and a 38C. There was too much room in the chest so I had to wear a push up bra to fill it out. Unfortunately, the lacings were no help at the tightest setting. I would order 2 sizes down next time and use the lacings to accommodate my not so hourglass figure.

I didn't use this for shaping, but it's well designed and could be used as such for a skilled shaper. This bodice was PERFECT for my wedding dress. I have worn it several times this year, even just casually when I'm in the mood. There were no defects, it arrived quickly when shipped. I'm really impressed with this bodice. It matched my bustle pretty closely. 7 parts to the outfit, and it looked like it was a single dress. It gave good support (and made my breasts look amazing!) Not uncomfortable to wear as bodices go. The fabric is strong and I was able to pin flowers and shawls on it.

This is a beautiful corset. Comes with a matching gstring! It's very well made, seems like good material and looks authentic. Solid boning. Here are the things I don't like:1. Very hard to clasp alone. I had to have my husbands help and he even said it was ridiculous and he has no idea about corsets. The lacing is not easy, you may have to re-lace it in order to put it on by yourself. It is not laced as a authentic corset should be.2. I got 5xl and it was just a tad too big. Lots of boob gapping. I am a XL in clothing, size 16 and 40C and my big boobs did not fill it out. I am returning it for a size smaller. A 4XL would probably fit perfectly.3. It smells awful out of the package! It's stiff and smells like plastic.It's going back but only for a smaller size.

I was hesitant about buying this corset because it was an Overbust. Now, I have nearly a dozen satin Underbust corsets in a range of beautiful colors, and I find that they really add that special something to an outfit (not to mention making my waist look killer!) But I always shied away from any full-length corsets because of my bustline. It always seemed to me that an Overbust Corset for those of us with larger breasts was like playing a game of "Squish the boobies"!I saw this one on sale and free returns, and decided to try it out. When it arrived, it looked so beautiful! I put it on last night over my black Boho flowy dress with cherries on it. What a beautiful accent this corset made to that dress! Once I got it on and started to cinch it, I was a bit disappointed that the top and bottom weren't cinching very much but mostly just the middle. I wore it for 3 hours, and after a while was able to get things tighter and more evenly cinched. At the end of the evening, I finally got it as tight as I would like.I was pleasantly surprised at how it definitely was NOT squishing the gals, but mostly just forming a platform to support them. I was wearing an underwire bra under my dress, and it was totally comfortable the whole time. Next time, I might try a wirefree bra, as the corset supported them so nicely! I paired this with matching lingerie, garter belt and thigh highs. I topped it off with my black stiletto platform pumps.This corset was the cherry on top of my outfit, and made that outfit feel so much sexier than it would have on its own.My Underbust corset/Cinchers improve my posture quite a bit, but this one is so much longer. I felt really supported and upright in my posture. It was a really secure feeling as long as I didn't need to bend over too far, lol! I didn't feel captured or restrained, and still had surprisingly good range of movement and flexibility to twist and reach.The fact that this one has a Zipper makes it that much easier to get off in a hurry if you need to. Plus, my wife said something about "easy access" ;-)

I normally would have bought a larger size corset. However, the small was on sale as a add on item for less than $5! When I received it, I knew it would be a little small for me. So, I used some sturdier strings to re-lace the back (it comes laced with ribbon). The sturdier strings allowed me to lace it more according to my size. Very happy with the product. Looks elegant and expensive. I will say that the metal hooks on the front can be a little tricky to latch and unlatch. And I don't think it would be super comfy to wear for long periods of time. However, the boning was great, very sturdy and did not poke. Overall, it was a nice item.
