Design issues
It looks pretty, but the zipper closure is designed such that both ends are gaping. If the bad topples, things can fall out. Also, the cross strap does not have separate loops at the side, it clips on to the handles, which is uncomfortable and also the weight will always be on those points, so may not last as long

Product was good but Pink keychain type thing was missing
The bag is the expected size and feels good quality. It's also easy to carry around. Unfortunately, the pink keychain accessory was missing, which makes it look less appealing. Since we needed the bag urgently, I decided to keep it instead of returning it. Overall, it's good value for the money.
