I was skeptical buying this product based on other reviews but for the price it was worth the risk. The instructions are horribly translated, and the seconds timer is about 3 seconds off on a ten second test. But it’s consistently off so it’s all relative. Beside that it does it’s job really well. We dispense glue using the finger button for user control as well as actuating a timed release with the foot pedal. In both applications it does a great job.

I just received this. Amazon shipped it in the original manufacturer's box. They just put a label on the original box, which is terribly packaged and not suitable for shipping. They should have put it in a proper shipping box. The unit is broken on the corner. It may not affect the operation. I need to use it right away, so I will try it. If it works satisfactorily, I will add a star and update this review. Unfortunately, I don't have the time to return the unit for a replacement. Update: I added one star because the unit does work, but is not great. It's only marginally better than my previous paste dispenser. The issues are: 1. The air fitting on the supplied tubing is an unusual type. I think I found a place on the internet to order a mating connector, but the supplied fitting is nothing like the several commonly used types in North America. The solution was to cut off the connector and use a 1/8" hose barb to 1/4" pipe thread adapter (bought at Lowe's) to connect to my air compressor. 2. This unit uses a LOT of air. I have half a dozen air compressors. The small quite one I usually use at my electronics bench (and has been more than adequate for two other paste dispensers) could not keep up with the air volume demand. I have to use a 1 1/2 HP compressor and it runs constantly to keep up with demand. 3. The foot switch is difficult to get used to. It's "backwards" in its design with the hinge on the front of the switch, which makes it difficult to rest your heel on the floor and use the toe end of your foot to activate the switch. I suppose if you put a small block under your heel to raise it above the floor, it would be easier. Conclusion: I'm going to stop buying cheap, imported dispensers. I will now shop for one from a US manufacturer, Yes, I know it will cost more, but it will be easy to adapt to US air compressors, and I can talk to the manufacturer about air volume requirements before purchasing.

I did not expect this to work out of the box. I spent about 2 hours working with it. I also had to spend $8 on a new air fitting. I received no instructions but no big deal. It does what it is supposed to do. Anyone who thinks this will work with out some work on your part is expecting way to much. My choices were this system or a $800 unit from a US manufacturer. For the money this is an excellent buy. Oh and the "suck back feature" it is a release of pressure on the syringe. It helps fine tune the amount dispensed by not keeping the syringe under constant positive pressure. DO NOT FORGET A WATER FILTER ON THE AIR SUPPLY.

Probably am sending back this dispenser. I can’t even set it up because the air compressor fitting is bizarre and will not fit ANY air compressor quick connect I have ever seen. The manual does not give any information about converting it to a US fitting nor does it say what the fitting is size wise. The fitting is glued to the 6mm air hose so unless there is a converter or adapter, the manufacturer fitting would have to be physically cut off the hose and you’d have to buy and glue on your own fitting. That is not safe and so really this machine should not be permitted to be sold in the US.
